Our Fees

Our prices and service charges are largely dependent upon the individual circumstances of a case however, in accordance with the SRA guidance on price transparency, we have published a guideline of charges in order to be as clear as possible of the potentials costs from the outset.

We have two fee structures at House of Immigration whereby we either charge by the hour or we charge fixed package prices.

Hourly charges are dependent upon the person carrying out the work. Below is a guideline of charges.

Hourly rate of Partners /Fee earners/paralegal involved

NAME DESIGNATION EXPERIENCE HOURLY RATE
Alisha Jillani Partner 26 years in immigration £175
Symah Pasha Partner 9 years in immigration £115
OTHER COSTS
Court Appearance £250
Outdoor clerking £80

Our initial 30 minute consultation where documents will be briefly assessed followed by basic advice will be free of charge.

The majority of our work will be charged fixed package prices which are based on estimations of the length of time it will take us to complete the case and include significant reductions in charges to remain competitive. Straight-forward cases will be on the lower end of the estimate however where the case is complicated or involves a lot more work, the charges may exceed the upper estimation.
