Our team specialises in Immigration law with over 30 years collective experience of delivering high quality work in this field. The team also has experience working in family and private client matters.

We have three members of the team who may work on your matter. Regardless of who works on your matter, they will be supervised by Symah Pasha, Partner and Supervisor of the firm.

Alisha is the head of our immigration team with over 24 years experience in the field. She has specialist expertise in immigration and has helped numerous families and individuals trapped in an arduous, complexed immigration system. 

Alisha qualified as a lawyer after studying at Punjab University and also holds a Bachelors degree in Political Studies and Economics. She worked running her own immigration practice in Scotland before moving to work at Maher & Co who went on to be known as Marks and Marks. She founded House of Immigration in 2016. 

Symah is the Supervisor of the firm with over 7 years experience in immigration having qualified as a Solicitor in 2012. She attended Brunel University where she studied LLB Law, achieving a 2.1 with honours in 2007 and then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at BBP Law School in Waterloo with a grade of a Commendation. She trained at Marks and Marks Solicitors where she specialised in Immigration.

In 2016 she became a partner of our firm and works primarily in immigration.

Muhammad Bilal joined our firm on 1st November 2019.

Muhammad Bilal was an advocate of the High Court in Pakistan before coming to the UK and completing his LLB in 2015 at the University of London, his BPTC at BPP law school in 2017 and most recently his LLM at Brunel University in 2019.

Muhammad Bilal practices primarily in Immigration although has some expertise in civil matters.
